Hook shows you the live steam gift card rate in Nigeria the moment you select “Steam” from the category dropdown above and type in your card’s dollar value — no guesswork, no outdated tables. Whether you’re checking the rate of steam card for a single $10 card or working out what a $500 Steam Wallet gift card converts to, the calculator above updates instantly using the same live pricing our app uses.

The steam card rate per dollar on Hook is generally higher than what you’ll find at most street vendors or informal exchange platforms, because Steam Wallet codes are consistently in demand among Nigerian gamers. iTunes & Apple gift card rate to naira on Hook

Hook is one of the most reliable places to buy iTunes gift card online and to sell an Apple gift card for cash in Nigeria. Whether you’re holding a US iTunes card, an App Store & iTunes gift card, or an Apple Store gift card bought from Canada, the UK, Australia, Brazil, Italy, or Russia, select “iTunes” or “Apple” as your category above and your denomination to see the current apple gift card rate — updated live, the same way our app calculates it.

A lot of people ask whether the apple gift card and itunes gift card are the same thing — they largely are: Apple retired the separate “iTunes gift card” branding in most regions in favor of a single App Store & iTunes gift card, redeemable for the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud storage, and other Apple services. On Hook, we treat both listings the same way for the purposes of a trade, so however yours is labeled, you’ll find it under our iTunes / Apple category.

If you’d rather buy an Apple gift card than sell one, Hook also lets you buy itunes gift card online with instant email delivery — useful for gifting, topping up an Apple ID balance, or covering an App Store or Apple Music subscription without linking a card directly to the account.

    What affects gift card rates?

Gift card rates are always a bit high during the festive period, like December. The end of the year is always a peak period for all industries, especially the e-commerce industry, a lot of businesses just want to stock up, which increases the demand for gift cards.

Hook gift card rates are above the market average because we have customers’ interests at heart.

Also, gift card prices increase during the holiday season, when many people are at home. This means more people are likely to play mobile games, which in turn increases the demand for gaming gift cards like Steam, Playstation, Xbox and Google Play.

However, in response to the end-of-the-year rush, the e-commerce market is bound to adjust, and so the demand for payment methods like gift cards will drop around January. This contributes to relatively lower gift card rates in the early part of the year.

In short, it’s all demand and supply. But rest assured, Hook will give you the best.

$25 Apple Gift Card: Detailed Breakdown

The $25 Apple Gift Card is one of the most traded denominations in Nigeria. Here is what you can expect for different card types:

Card TypeApprox. Rate per $1Estimated $25 Value
    USA eCode₦1,050 – ₦1,480₦26,250 – ₦37,000
    USA Physical Card₦1,040 – ₦1,440₦25,000 – ₦36,000

5 Key Factors That Affect Your $25 Apple Gift Card Rate in Nigeria

Understanding these factors helps you time your trades and maximize your payout:

    1. Card Region

Apple Gift Cards issued in the USA consistently fetch the highest rates in Nigeria. Cards from Canada, Australia, or Europe are valued slightly lower because local buyers have different redemption needs. Always specify your card’s region when trading.

    2. Card Type: eCode vs. Physical

Digital eCodes (sent by email) attract better rates than physical cards. eCodes are verified instantly, carry no shipping risk, and are preferred by buyers. If you have a choice, always opt for eCodes — the premium can be as much as ₦2,000 – ₦5,000 on a $25 card.

    3. USD/Naira Exchange Rate

Since Apple Gift Cards are priced in USD, the Naira rate moves with the Dollar. When the Naira weakens against the Dollar (more Naira per $1), your card fetches more. When Naira strengthens, the Naira value drops. Monitoring the official and parallel market rates gives you an edge.

    4. Market Demand and Supply

Demand for Apple Gift Cards spikes during Apple product launches, back-to-school seasons, Black Friday, and Christmas. During these periods rates rise. In quieter months, there may be an oversupply of cards, which can push rates down. Trading during high-demand periods locks in better payouts.

    5. Platform Fees and Transparency

Different platforms take different margins. Some platforms advertise a high rate, then deduct hidden fees after confirmation. Hook.ng shows you the exact Naira amount you will receive BEFORE you confirm — no surprises, no deductions after the fact.

Why Apple Gift Card Rates and Prices Change in Nigeria

Apple gift card rates in Nigeria can change because the resale market is not fixed. Different platforms may quote different payouts, and the final amount can move with card value, card type, region, buyer demand, and broader market conditions. That is why most sellers request a live quote before trading instead of relying on one fixed price.

What Affects Apple Gift Card Payout in Nigeria?

    1) Platform

Different platforms may offer different payouts for the same Apple gift card. This is because each platform has its own pricing strategy, operating costs, inventory level, and target profit margin. Some platforms may pay higher at a given time, while others may offer lower rates.

    2) Market Conditions

Market conditions can also affect Apple gift card payouts. When the broader market is stronger, payouts may rise; when conditions weaken, rates may fall. Apple gift card prices do not follow cash FX at a strict 1:1 ratio, but market trends can still influence the final quote.

    3) Card Value

The value of the Apple gift card can affect the payout. In many cases, higher card values may attract a better effective rate than smaller amounts, although final pricing still depends on the platform and current demand.

    4) Region and Currency Type

Apple gift card payout can also vary by region and currency type. USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, and AUD Apple gift cards are usually stronger in the resale market, while some lower-demand currency types may attract lower payouts. The Canada Apple gift card (CAD) is a widely searched and traded type, but it typically pays less per dollar than a US Apple gift card. Always confirm the exact currency and region/type before trading.

    5) Card Type

The type of Apple gift card may also affect pricing. E-codes are usually easier to submit, while physical cards may require clearer images and extra checks. This can affect both verification speed and final quote.

Many sellers checking Apple gift card to Naira in Nigeria usually want to know the payout for common amounts such as $10, $20, $25, $50, $100, $200, and $500. Canada Apple gift card amounts of the same value ($10 to $500) are also frequently searched, along with 100 Euro, 100 Pound, and 100 Australian Dollar Apple gift cards, each with a different Naira range.
